This approach often means we have candidates ready to seize new opportunities. As a result, we focus on direct engagement with promising talent, sharing only a small fraction of our opportunities publicly through LinkedIn ads. Our partnership starts before the candidate officially joins us. To help them feel comfortable during the client interview, our Business Managers provide preparation. We hold a dedicated meeting lasting at least one hour to ensure the candidate is well-informed about the key points and can present their background in the best possible way.
Since we gather all essential information about the candidate from the initial meeting, the hiring process can proceed swiftly and smoothly following positive feedback from both sides after the client meeting. The salary proposal is aligned with the candidate's expectations, and the contract is signed within 48 hours of the proposal. This ensures that the time from the client interview to contract signing is just around one week!

About three months before a consultant's current project ends, they meet with their Business Manager for a comprehensive review of the project's achievements and the skills developed. This meeting also serves to proactively plan the consultant's future, exploring new projects that align with their career goals and interests. The Business Manager works closely with the consultant to identify opportunities that are both challenging and exciting, ensuring a fulfilling career path.
When granting permanent contracts, we proactively work to find new missions for our consultants. Business Managers identify suitable opportunities, while consultants actively participate by considering these options and sharing any interesting projects they've discovered. This collaborative process empowers consultants, giving them a say in their career direction and ensuring they feel valued. By involving them in these decisions, we help create dynamic and fulfilling career paths tailored to their skills and aspirations.
